Adult MHFA - Dec. 02 - 8am-5pm

Learn how to recognize signs and symptoms that might indicate an individual is developing a mental health challenge or experiencing a mental health crisis and how to better support the individual and help link them to appropriate mental health professionals. 

C.H.A.T.S. - Jan. 04 - 11am-1pm

In this interactive session, participants will practice skills for listening, staying curious, challenging what we think we know about others, and for approaching conversations from different angles. 

Everything Everyone Should Know - Feb. 01 - 10am-12pm

Discuss child sexual abuse and its prevention by emphasizing adult responsibility for protecting children, trauma informed practice, and victim and perpetration prevention and bystander education. 

Youth MHFA - Mar. 22 AND 29 - 1pm-5pm

For those who work with youth to learn how to recognize signs and symptoms that might indicate an individual is developing a mental health challenge or experiencing a mental health crisis and how to better support the individual and help link them to appropriate mental health professionals. 

Lock & Talk - May 20 - 9am-12pm
Aimed to equip participants with the skills to identify individuals at risk of suicide, engage them in conversation, and refer them to appropriate resources for help.

An opportunity to learn about LGBTQ+ identities, gender and sexuality, and examine prejudice, assumptions, and privilege. 

REVIVE! Opioid Overdose Reversal - Aug. 31 - 5pm-6pm

How to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose emergency using 6 easy steps. You will receive a kit with gloves and face shields, and a box of naloxone.
